- Jonathan Mezibov offers complimentary UPS Standard Shipping on all United States orders.
- Your order will be delivered within five to seven business days. If you would like to upgrade the shipping method to UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS 2nd Day Air, applicable rates will apply.
- Once we have shipped your order we will send you an email with shipping details and a UPS tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Returns
- Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged free of charge. We offer complimentary USPS return shipping labels for domestic return addresses only. Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return and exchange policy requirements.
- Full-price merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Sale merchandise is Final Sale.
- We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, pending availability.
