Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged free of charge. We offer complimentary USPS return shipping labels for domestic return addresses only.
Full-price merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise is Final Sale.
All made-to-measure and ready-to-wear shirts receiving alterations are Final Sale.
To start a return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number in the subject line and provide a reason for your return. We will respond promptly with instructions as well as a USPS return shipping label for you to print out and attach to your package.
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, pending availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the new size or color you would like to have.
Any product being returned or exchanged must be in its original condition and packaging with any tags attached, and must not have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, or altered.
Once we receive your package, refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. The credit may not show up on your credit card bill until the next month’s billing cycle. In addition, your bank may require several days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Merchandise that was received as a gift may be returned for a full refund on the original form of payment.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return or exchange policy requirements.
Please note that if you do not use our USPS return shipping label, we do not refund shipping or handling charges. In addition, expedited UPS shipping charges are non-refundable.
