ORDER STATUS
- Orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification and will generally ship within 48 hours. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification for credit card verification.
- Made-to-order shirts will generally ship within four to six weeks after you place your order.
- Preorder shirts will generally ship within the timeframe indicated on the product page.
- Once your order ships, packages will usually arrive within five to seven business days depending on location. If you upgraded your shipping method, orders placed before 1 p.m. Eastern time ("EST") will begin processing immediately. Orders placed on Friday after 1 p.m. EST may begin processing on the following Monday. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
- Once you receive an email indicating that your order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable or able to be canceled.
- For made-to-order and preorder shirts, you may change the fit and/or size of your shirt, or cancel your order, by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- You will receive tracking information within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.

- We are pleased to offer international shipping to the following destinations: Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

- Jonathan Mezibov offers complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States. Complimentary shipping applies to UPS Standard Shipping only. If you would like to upgrade the shipping method to UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS 2nd Day Air, applicable rates will apply.
GIFTS & PACKAGING
- To have your order sent as a gift, during checkout on the "Cart" page there is a section that reads: "Add order note, gift message, or monogram." In the space provided, simply write a personalized note that you would like us to include with your gift. Your gift will arrive in our signature packaging.
- For first time customers, all regularly priced items will arrive in our signature packaging. And please know that our premium shirt boxes, and organic cotton totes and drawstring bags, are designed to be stored and reused. Sale items and repeat purchases may arrive in our basic packaging.
- In addition, we strive to offer reduced packaging to minimize waste. As a result, we try to limit the amount of paper and plastic in our shipments.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Eligible merchandise may be returned free of charge. We offer complimentary USPS return shipping labels for domestic return addresses only. Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
- Full-price merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Sale merchandise is Final Sale.
- All made-to-measure and ready-to-wear shirts receiving alterations are Final Sale.
- Any product being returned must be in its original condition and packaging with any tags attached, and must not have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, or altered.

- To start a return please email us at customercare@jonathanmezibov.com. Include your order number in the subject line and provide a reason for your return. We will respond promptly with instructions as well as a prepaid USPS return shipping label for you to print out and attach to your package.
- Next, repack the merchandise in the original packaging. Then, affix the USPS return label and drop your package off at any USPS Office, USPS drop box or leave it for your USPS mail carrier (if in a safe and secure environment).
- If you are not using our USPS return shipping label, please return the merchandise to the address on your order receipt or email us for the address.
- Please note that we do not refund shipping or handling charges. In addition, expedited UPS shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your package, refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. The credit may not show up on your credit card bill until the next month’s billing cycle. In addition, your bank may require several days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
- Merchandise that was received as a gift may be returned for a full refund on the original form of payment.
- Jonathan Mezibov reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not comply with our return requirements. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please contact us.
- Full-price merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
- We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, pending availability.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at customercare@jonathanmezibov.com and specify the new size or color you would like to have. We will respond promptly and let you know if the item you are requesting is still available. We will also provide a prepaid USPS return shipping label for you to print out and attach to your package. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your exchange to you within 5 business days.

PRICES & BILLING
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the State of Ohio.

- Jonathan Mezibov offers a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full price that have been marked down within 14 days of purchase. Items purchased on sale are ineligible for price adjustments.
- Credits usually take seven to ten business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your order.
