SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Jonathan Mezibov is pleased to offer flat rate international shipping via UPS to the following destinations: 

Australia - Austria - Canada - Denmark - Finland - France - Germany - Greece - Iceland - Ireland - Italy - Netherlands - New Zealand - Norway - Portugal - Spain - Sweden - Switzerland - United Kingdom

Depending on your location, your order will be delivered within two to eight business days:

Canada - two to six business days - $15

Europe & the United Kingdom - three to six business days - $35

Australia & New Zealand - six to eight business days - $45

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Shipping will not be available on major U.S. holidays.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a UPS tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

DUTY & TAXES

Please note that all duties, customs tariffs, and taxes (including VAT) are not included in your order and will be the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us to start a return. Include your order number in the subject line and provide a reason for your return.

You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that must be printed and enclosed with your return. All returns require an RMA in order to be processed. Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our Return Policy requirements. Please note that at this time we do not offer international exchanges.

Return Policy 

Full-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of the delivery date.

Sale merchandise is Final Sale.

All made-to-measure and ready-to-wear shirts receiving alterations are Final Sale.

Any product being returned must be in its original condition and packaging with any tags attached, and must not have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, or altered.

Please return the merchandise to the address on your order receipt or in your RMA email.

Once we receive your package, refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. The credit may not show up on your statement until the next month’s billing cycle. Your bank may also require several days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Merchandise that was received as a gift may be returned for a full refund on the original form of payment.

Please note that Jonathan Mezibov does not refund shipping and handling charges.
