Has my order shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email from Jonathan Mezibov letting you know when your order has shipped. Orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification and will generally ship within 48 hours.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Once you receive an email indicating that your order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable or able to be canceled.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking information within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.
My order never arrived.
Please use your tracking number and check with the shipper to confirm that your package was delivered. If your package shows a status of "delivered," please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to assist you.
An item is missing from my shipment.
If your package was delivered and an item is missing from your order, please email us at email@example.com. We will work quickly to rectify any omissions.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification and will generally ship within 48 hours. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification for credit card verification. Once your order ships, packages will usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days depending on location. If you upgraded your shipping method, orders placed before 1 p.m. Eastern time ("EST") will begin processing immediately. Orders placed on Friday after 1 p.m. EST may begin processing on the following Monday. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.
Am I able to send a gift and include a personalized note?
To have your order sent as a gift, during checkout on the "My Bag" page there is a section that reads: "Please leave special instructions or gift note below." In the space provided simply write a personalized note that you would like us to include with your gift.
All gifts are packaged in our premium signature shirt boxes.
Shipping and returns
How much is shipping?
Jonathan Mezibov offers complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States. Complimentary shipping applies to United States Postal Service ("USPS") Priority Mail shipping only. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail Express service, applicable courier rates will apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Jonathan Mezibov offers DHL Express shipping to over 65 countries around the world. For a list of eligible countries, please see our International Shipping Countries page. For information on international shipping and returns, please see our International Shipping, Returns and Taxes page.
What if I received the wrong product?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product and we will work quickly to rectify any errors.
What is your return policy?
Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged free of charge. A prepaid return label is provided in every order. At this time, Jonathan Mezibov offers USPS return labels for domestic return addresses only. Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our Return Policy requirements.
Full-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
Sale merchandise, unless noted as Final Sale, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
All Made to Measure and special order shirts, as well as ready-to-wear shirts receiving alterations, are Final Sale.
Any product being returned must be in its original condition with all tags attached and must not have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned or altered and in the original packaging (including the shirt box, and if possible, the original delivery mailer).
Please return the merchandise to the address on your order receipt or email us for the address.
Please note that Jonathan Mezibov does not refund shipping and handling charges.
Once we receive your package, your return or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. The credit may not show up on your credit card bill until the next month’s billing cycle. In addition, your bank may require several days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Merchandise that was received as a gift may be returned for a full refund on the original form of payment.
Jonathan Mezibov reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not comply with the above requirements.
