Jonathan Mezibov offers complimentary Priority Mail shipping via the United States Postal Service ("USPS") on all U.S. orders. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail Express service, applicable rates will apply.

USPS Priority Mail Express - Your order must reach us by 1 p.m. Eastern time ("EST"). It will normally be delivered the next business day.

Once we have shipped your order we will send you an email with shipping details and a USPS tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged free of charge. A prepaid return label is provided in every order. At this time, Jonathan Mezibov offers United States Postal Service ("USPS") return labels for domestic return addresses only. Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our Return Policy requirements.

Full-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Sale merchandise, unless noted as Final Sale, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Outpost items are Final Sale.
